What is Matcha Drop?

Brisbane's first fresh matcha micro-delivery. Pre-order in the morning, we batch routes by zone, whisk your matcha on-site over fresh ice, and deliver it to your door — from $5/drink.

How does it work? 

(1) Pre-order before cutoff,

(2) We plan the route for your zone,

(3) We arrive and whisk fresh on delivery

(4) You get café-quality matcha without leaving home or work.

What time is the order cutoff?

Orders close at 11am each morning. After cutoff, we may still deliver if there's capacity on your route — but it may incur a Flex surcharge.

Do you actually whisk it fresh at my door?

Yes. We arrive with matcha, tools, and fresh ice, then whisk on-site and hand it to you. It doesn't get fresher than this.

Is it ceremonial-grade matcha?

We use high-quality Japanese matcha selected for smoothness and low bitterness. We may rotate supply seasonally to ensure peak freshness.

Can I choose dairy or oat milk?

Yes — pick dairy or oat at checkout. You can also choose sweetened or unsweetened.

Is it served hot or iced?

Our default is iced matcha served over fresh ice. Hot matcha may be available in selected zones — check at checkout.

What flavours do you offer? 

Three core flavours: Classic Matcha ($5), Strawberry Matcha ($5.50), and Ube Matcha ($5.50). We also drop limited seasonal flavours throughout the year.

What's included in the 5/30-drink subscription?

30 matcha drinks for $150 on the Route Window plan — that's $5 each. Cafés charge $7–9 for the same thing.

Can I choose which days I receive matcha?

Yes. Pick your delivery days based on your zone's route schedule. Want dates or times outside the normal window? Choose Flex Delivery.

What's Flex Delivery?

Flex lets you choose custom dates and times outside the standard route windows. It costs more ($6.50–7/drink) because it reduces route efficiency — but gives you full flexibility. (Still hella cheaper than Uber Eats !)

Can I pause or reschedule?

Yes. Pause, skip, or reschedule anytime from your account dashboard. Changes need to be made before the daily cutoff. We will ask you to confirm.

Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase. This keeps scheduling fair and routes predictable.

What if I'm not home?

We'll deliver to reception, front desk, or a safe drop spot you nominate in your order notes. We'll message you within five minutes of our ETA.

Do you deliver to offices and worksites?

Yes — this is one of our most popular use cases. We also offer Office & Crew Packs for teams of 5+ with a single drop location. Message us to set up.

Is there a delivery fee?

Route Window deliveries are free — delivery is included. Flex / off-route deliveries include a surcharge shown at checkout.

What if it's raining or traffic is bad?

We'll keep you updated by SMS. Delivery windows may shift slightly, but we always prioritise freshness and safe handling.

 How fresh is it really?

Your matcha is whisked at delivery — not pre-made, not sitting in a fridge. From whisk to hand in under 60 seconds.

How do you keep ingredients safe during transport?

All ingredients are transported in temperature-controlled storage following Brisbane City Council food safety requirements. We log temps on every route.

Can I bring my own cup?

Yes — if you're present at delivery, we'll pour straight into your reusable.

Do you have a reusable rewards program?

Yes. Use a reusable cup for your entire subscription and earn 3 free drinks to share with friends. Less waste, more matcha.
